Our Post Construction Cleaning - 3 Step Process

Rough interior cleanup prepares the home or building for its final finishings. Tasks include removing construction debris such as loose boards and scraps from the inside of the structure; sweeping the floors and prepping them for carpet vacuum or floor cleaning; washing windows; and dusting. Removing adhesive from doors, windows and appliances, and removing any lingering debris. Other tasks include removing dust from light fixtures, ceiling fans, ductwork and vents.
Final/Polish interior cleanup is the detailed cleaning after construction wraps up. It involves vacuuming carpets, cleaning floors, wiping down all kitchen and bathroom surfaces, fixtures, cabinetry. Cleaning window sills, and polishing appliance interior and exterior.
Final Inspection/Walkthrough cleanup allows the cleaning technicians to inspect their work and quickly spot any deficiencies that need to be tended to. Also included will be disinfecting fogging services to guarantee 99.9% removal of any virus or harmful bacterias.
